General Terms and Conditions

Article 1. Definitions

1.1 General Terms and Conditions Het Wolhuisje: The following delivery and payment conditions apply to all sales via www.hetwolhuisje.nl . You agree to this when you place an order;

1.2 Company: www.hetwolhuisje.nl (hereinafter referred to as "Het Wolhuisje") is the trading name of Het Wolhuisje and is a store that offers clothing and related articles online to consumers through "distance selling";

1.3 Consumer: a natural person or company who enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur;

1.4 Agreement: a distance contract between Het Wolhuisje and the consumer.

Article 2. Application

2.1 These terms and conditions apply to every offer from Het Wolhuisje and to every distance contract concluded between the company and the consumer.

2.2 For all orders via www.hetwolhuisje.nl the consumer accepts the applicability of the general terms and conditions and the additional general terms and conditions of Het Wolhuisje.

Article 3. Formation of the agreement

3.1 An agreement is only concluded after acceptance of your order by Het Wolhuisje. Het Wolhuisje is entitled to refuse an order with reasons or to attach special conditions to the delivery. If Het Wolhuisje cannot determine the residential address, the order will not be accepted.

Article 4. Prices and costs

4.1 All offers from Het Wolhuisje are without obligation. Het Wolhuisje expressly reserves the right to change prices, in particular when this is necessary on the basis of (legal) regulations;

4.2 The prices of Het Wolhuisje include 21% VAT. The prices mentioned on www.hetwolhuisje.nl exclude shipping costs (unless stated otherwise). Before concluding the agreement, the total price will be communicated via the website.

4.3 The shipping costs charged for each order are €4.95 within the Netherlands if the order is less than €50. The amount of the shipping costs does not matter whether you order one or more items.

4.4 Het Wolhuisje reserves the right to correct printing errors, typographical errors and price changes afterwards.

Article 5. Payments

5.1 Het Wolhuisje currently offers payments via iDeal, Creditcard (Maestro, Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Afterpay and Bancontact.

5.1.1 iDeal: If you bank via the internet with Fortis, Rabobank, ABN AMRO, SNS Bank and ING, you can pay for your order electronically via our site in a safe way. An electronic payment via the internet is comparable to a PIN payment in a shop. After placing your order, you choose the payment method iDeal. A screen will open where you can choose the bank with which you bank online. You then follow the procedure that you are used to with paying via internet banking. Article 6. Delivery

6.1 Het Wolhuisje takes the utmost care in receiving orders and sending the ordered items. Het Wolhuisje sends the accepted orders as soon as possible in order of receipt. Het Wolhuisje strives to send all orders within 1 to 3 working days after receipt of payment. 6.2 All items from the online shop are available from stock. Unfortunately, it may happen that an item is unexpectedly no longer available; in that case we will inform you as soon as possible. Delivery in parts is permitted.

6.3 Exceeding the stated delivery time does not entitle the consumer to compensation, termination of the agreement or failure to fulfil any obligation that may arise for him from this or any other related agreement.

6.4 The order must be delivered to the consumer no later than 30 days after payment. If it is not possible to deliver an order within 30 days, the consumer will be informed of this in good time and will have the right to cancel the order free of charge. In that case, Het Wolhuisje will ensure reimbursement within 14 days. This does not apply if the parties have agreed on a different delivery period;

6.5 Het Wolhuisje's delivery obligation will be fulfilled once the delivery has been offered.

6.6 Het Wolhuisje is never responsible for consequential damage.

Article 7. Delivery address and delivery service

7.1 The consumer can have the order delivered to his/her home or collect it from a Het Wolhuisje store chosen by the consumer.

7.2 Orders will be delivered in the Netherlands, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Great Britain, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Czech Republic and Sweden.

Article 8. Retention of title

8.1 Ownership of delivered products will only be transferred to the consumer if the latter has paid everything he owes to Het Wolhuisje on the basis of the agreement(s) concluded in this regard.

Article 9. Returns/exchanges

9.1 Het Wolhuisje will do everything it can to inform you about the articles via our website. If you nevertheless do not wish to purchase an article without giving a reason, you have the right to return the product within 14 days after receiving the order and/or return it to the store.

9.2 During this period, the consumer will handle the product and packaging with care. He will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether he wishes to keep the product. If he exercises his right to exchange, he will return the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - undamaged and in the original condition and packaging to Het Wolhuisje, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by Het Wolhuisje;

9.3 Het Wolhuisje will only accept returns/exchanges for which the instructions have been followed. Returns/exchanges that are not received within the set time will not be accepted;

9.4 The consumer is responsible for returning the item(s); the consumer must state the return address (which is stated on the return slip) on the package in the manner described on the return slip.

9.5 If all items are returned, Het Wolhuisje is liable for the shipping costs already charged.

9.6 If part of the items are returned, Het Wolhuisje is not liable for the shipping costs already charged.

9.7. If you wish to exchange the item for a different colour or size, no additional shipping costs will be charged.

9.8 If you have received an incorrect or incorrectly delivered order, you can indicate this on the return slip and return it to Het Wolhuisje. Het Wolhuisje will pay the return costs in that case.

9.9 We will refund the purchase amount of the return to the account from which the amount originated within 14 days of receipt of your return.

9.10 The purchase amount will be refunded using the same payment method as the transaction was concluded with. A payment with a credit note will be refunded using a credit note.

Article 10. Complaints

Complaints regarding delivery and/or quality of your order

10.1 We do everything we can to deliver a perfect product. After receiving your order, you must immediately inspect the delivered goods and report any defects in writing immediately. If a garment has not been delivered or does not meet the description on our website, we request that you report this to us as soon as possible. 10.2 Het Wolhuisje will resolve the problem as soon as possible in consultation with you. In all cases, the instructions for returning, as you receive when registering your complaint, must be followed exactly. 10.3 If your complaint proves to be justified, Het Wolhuisje will reimburse your purchase and any shipping and return costs within 14 days.

10.4 This warranty will lapse if you have attempted to repair the defect yourself without consultation and/or have not followed the instructions for use and/or user instructions.

Article 11. Age limit

11.1 Het Wolhuisje does not accept orders from persons under the age of 18.

Article 12. Colors

12.1 Het Wolhuisje cannot guarantee that the displayed colours exactly match the real colours of the clothing. The colour display on the screen depends on the settings on your computer. In addition to its own colour code, Het Wolhuisje always also states the colour code of the supplier.

Article 13. Liability

13.1 Any liability of Het Wolhuisje, of Het Wolhuisje's personnel and products for any damage, of whatever nature, direct or indirect, including business damage, consequential damage, damage to movable or immovable property or to persons, is expressly excluded. Nor is Het Wolhuisje liable for damage caused by third parties in the performance of the agreement.

13.2 Het Wolhuisje accepts no liability for any damage resulting from the use of Het Wolhuisje products.

13.3 Any liability of Het Wolhuisje towards the consumer is in any case limited to a maximum of the invoice amount that the consumer owes to Het Wolhuisje under the relevant agreement.

13.4 Het Wolhuisje is not liable for misunderstandings, mutilations, delays or improper receipt of orders and communications as a result of the use of the internet or any other means of communication in the traffic between the consumer and Het Wolhuisje, or between Het Wolhuisje and third parties, insofar as this relates to the relationship between the consumer and Het Wolhuisje, unless and insofar as this is due to intent or gross negligence on the part of Het Wolhuisje.

Article 14. Force Majeure

14.1 In the event of force majeure, Het Wolhuisje has the right, at its own discretion, to suspend the execution of a consumer's order or to dissolve the agreement without judicial intervention, by communicating this in writing and without Het Wolhuisje being obliged to pay any compensation, unless this would be unacceptable in the given circumstances according to standards of reasonableness and fairness.

14.2 Force majeure means any shortcoming that cannot be attributed to Het Wolhuisje, because it is not its fault and cannot be attributed to it under the law, legal act or generally accepted views.

Article 15. Applicable law and competent court.

All rights, obligations, offers, orders and agreements to which these conditions apply, as well as between Het Wolhuisje and the consumer to whom these conditions relate, are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
