Sometimes a purchased product may not meet your expectations. In that case, you can easily return your item to the address below. Make sure all tags are still attached to the product. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and refund your money to your account within three business days. You can return items within 14 days of purchase.

How to make a return:

Step 1: Fill in the contact form below with the following return information:

- Order number
- Name of the item being returned
- Track & Trace code for your package (please note! You must include this so we can locate your package if it gets lost or delivered elsewhere)

Step 2: Click Submit to send your return request

Step 3: Pack the items carefully and send them to the return address below:

* Return shipping costs are not reimbursed. Returns are accepted within 14 days, provided the item is unused and complete.

Step 4: Receipt and inspection of your return
Once we receive your return, it will be inspected, and we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days using the payment method you used for your order.

Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
