Sometimes a purchased product may not meet your expectations, in which case you can easily return your garment to the address below. Please ensure that all tags are still attached to the product. After receiving the returned product, we will check it and refund the money to your account within three business days. Returns are accepted up to 14 days after purchase.

How to return:

Step 1: Fill out the contact form below with your name and email address. In the text box, include your order number and the items you wish to return.

Step 2: Click Send to submit your return request.

Step 3: Carefully pack the items and send them to the return address below:

* For returns sent by post, any shipping costs will not be reimbursed. We observe a 14-day period, provided the item is unused and complete.

Step 4: After receiving and checking your return
Once we have received and checked your return, we will process the refund within 5 to 7 business days using the payment method you used for your order.
