Shipping Policy

All orders on our website, within the Netherlands, will be sent to you free of charge. Orders will be posted the same day and will be handled by Post NL. PostNL delivers from Monday to Saturday. You will automatically receive the track & trace code by e-mail.

Our stock is replenished weekly, if an item is no longer in stock or is delayed, we will of course send you an email with the expected delivery time.

Unfortunately, we have no influence on any delays at PostNL and delivery times may be longer than normal around the holidays.

Delivery time

The delivery times of our products vary depending on the location where the item is available. Our products can come from our own store stock as well as from our suppliers' warehouse.

Webshop inventory
Items in stock will be shipped the same day. We will pick up the product from our warehouse, carefully assemble your order so that it is ready for shipping.


Supplier

Our stock is replenished almost weekly, but sometimes it can still happen that an item is not in stock in our warehouse. In that case, we place an order with our supplier. The items are shipped from the supplier's warehouse to us. As a result, these products have a longer delivery time. The exact delivery time can vary depending on the brand. We will of course inform you about this as well!
